ERP & CRM Implementation

ERP and CRM implementation built around how your business really works.

As an ERP implementation consultant, we select, configure and launch the core systems that run your business — a CRM for customers and sales, an ERP for orders, inventory, purchasing and finance. We plan them around your real workflows, connect them to each other and to your website and accounting, and help your team adopt them.

Signs

Have you outgrown your current systems?

  • Inventory, orders or job status live in spreadsheets.
  • Sales, operations and accounting each have "their" numbers.
  • Month-end close or reporting takes days.
  • Customer history is scattered across inboxes and phones.
  • Growth means more people doing data entry, not more sales.

What's included

Selection, configuration, adoption

Process & data review

Quote → order → fulfillment → invoice → payment, mapped with your team.

Platform selection

Requirements, shortlist and total cost comparison — vendor-neutral.

Configuration

Products, pricing, workflows, roles, permissions and approvals.

Data migration

Cleanup, mapping and a tested migration plan.

Integrations

Website, e-commerce, accounting, payments and shipping.

Go-live & training

Dashboards, reports, training and hands-on support.

Our principle

Build around the work, not the software menu

We start with what enters the system, who changes it and which decisions depend on it. That defines the configuration — not the default settings or the longest feature list. If you're still choosing between platforms, start with tech stack consulting.

How it works

Rethink. Simplify. Reinvent.

01

Rethink

Map processes, data and the reports you actually need.

02

Simplify

Standardize processes, clean data, choose the right platform and scope phase one.

03

Reinvent

Configure, integrate, migrate, train and go live — then optimize.

Once the core is live, the next wins usually come from automating the handoffs around it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is the difference between ERP and CRM?

A CRM manages the customer side — leads, contacts, deals, communication and service. An ERP manages operations and finance — orders, inventory, purchasing, production and accounting. Many growing businesses need both, connected so a won deal becomes an order without re-typing.

When does a small business need an ERP?

Common signs: inventory and orders are tracked in spreadsheets, accounting software can't handle your operations, month-end takes too long, or you can't see margins by product or customer. If several apply, it's time to evaluate an ERP.

Which ERP or CRM do you recommend?

It depends on your industry, size, processes and budget, so we run a structured, vendor-neutral selection first. Platforms we regularly work with include Odoo, Zoho and GoHighLevel — but the recommendation follows your requirements, and we don't take vendor commissions.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

It depends on scope: a focused CRM rollout is much quicker than a full ERP with data migration. We phase the rollout to reduce risk and agree the timeline and milestones in the proposal.
