Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ReinventLogic LLC collects through reinventlogic.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 3, 2026.
Who we are
ReinventLogic LLC ("ReinventLogic", "we", "us") is a business technology consultancy organized in Georgia, USA. This policy covers reinventlogic.com and the forms, emails and text messages connected to it. Questions: hello@reinventlogic.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, book a call or request a free tech stack audit, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, website, company size, the tools you use, your message and — if you choose — your mobile phone number and SMS consent.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive basic technical data such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type. We also record campaign parameters (for example UTM tags) and the page where you submitted a form, so we know which channels bring inquiries.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and deliver audits or proposals you request.
- To send follow-up emails and, only if you opted in, text messages about your inquiry or our services.
- To understand and improve how the website performs.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the separate SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from ReinventLogic at the number you provided, about your inquiry and our services. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, or email hello@reinventlogic.com.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site. Google Analytics only runs after you accept analytics cookies in the banner; you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, forms, email and SMS delivery, and appointment scheduling.
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 (only with consent) and business email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond, deliver services and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- SMS: reply STOP.
- Access, correction, deletion: email hello@reinventlogic.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will honor requests as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
